The consultation involved advising the clients with colours and how to declutter and present each space ensuring a consistent look aimed at their target buyer. As the clients had already spent money on painting and carpets, their budget for styling was limited. Therefore, our aim was to use the wall art they already had and advise the best colours for soft furnishings to lighten the darker furniture. Showing these clients how to position their furniture in each space was a priority to ensure that the large rooms were showcased in their best light.

As the outdoor landscaping was already well kept, discussions centred on which foliage areas to trim and where to place outdoor furniture to allow potential buyers easy access throughout the L-shaped entertainment area.

Sale went through smoothly with clients extremely satisfied with cash buyers.
