4 Glendore Court, Eatons Hill
A double story Queenslander with gorgeous mixed hardwood flooring and a neutral interior paint scheme.
The upstairs mainliving and dining areas ran parallel with the kitchen and outdoor large verandah.
At the initial consultation the interior was furnished with numerous large dark furniture. The downstairs living area was the same. Upstairs was a particularly tricky area to present due to the long thin corridor style.
Our aim was to showcase two living spaces with a smaller dining space close to the kitchen. The goal was to show potential buyers that the position of the 3 internal living spaces, while small, could compliment the larger outdoor space on the verandah. Both spaces were connected by 2 sets of sliders showcasing indoor outdoor living.
The consultation consisted of sorting through furniture and wall art to store and keep. The client was then given directions for the position of chosen furniture and where to position wall art. Once our consultation suggestions such as prepacking, cleaning, and outdoor ideas were completed, soft furnishings and dining room chairs were hired. This ensured that the clients could transport their other items interstate, thus avoiding unwanted purchases.
End result was a record sale at auction well over reserve.
